St. Laurence Vikings Baseball

Coach Mladek is entering his 7th season as assistant freshman coach, specifically working with catchers. A 1999 graduate of St. Laurence, Coach Mladek played football and baseball for 4 years. He earned All-Catholic League honors as a catcher during his senior season. After graduating, Coach Mladek played baseball for 4 years at Robert Morris College (University), where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. Coach Mladek still plays competitively in numerous men’s leagues throughout the Chicagoland area. He has been a firefighter for almost 15 years and is currently with the Cicero Fire Department.
