St. Laurence Vikings Baseball

Coach Brian Wichert enters his 11th season as part of the St. Laurence High School baseball coaching staff, serving as freshman head coach. As a catcher, Brian was an all conference player at Reavis High School and went on to play four years at Benedictine University. Coach Wichert is in his third year as Director of Technology at St. Laurence, as well as our Computer Science and Engineering teacher. Prior to teaching at STL, he taught at Simmons Middle School, in Oak Lawn for eight years. He is also our head sophomore basketball coach and moderator of the Computer Lab Assistant Program. This season, he will be coaching our 12U Top Tier Vikings. He has previously coached 11U and 13U as well, being a part of the staff for five years.
